Jusco at Bandar Mahkota Cheras

This is defintely a good news for all residents in BMC. IMHO, Cheras is an underserved area - it has growing population, rising number of middle-high income family and closed to KL city center. What it lacks is only commercial activities, which C180 will offer in the near future. Once the road expansion work at Phenix and Bulatan Cheras completed, Cheras Selatan will prosper even further.

Jusco has started the construction of a two-storey height shopping center at Bandar Mahkota Cheras recently. Due to the size and AEON actually owns the building, I believe this new shopping center will operate under Jusco brand instead of MaxValue.

Selling like hot cake!!
I personally went to the sales office late night at 11pm, meet up with the salespersons, Chong & Alan discussed about my loan matters and site updates. According to them, all 168 units has been sold out, and still with quite numbers are on waiting list! Congrats to them as they sold out all the units within 20days!! (5th May 2009 - 25th May 2009) and do not even had any proper launching! Claps Claps!
